Victory Baptist Church Leadership

Victory Baptist Church is blessed to have a leadership team who are truly dedicated to Christ and accomplishing His will. Following are brief bio's of our leadership team and their qualifications for ministry.

Dr. Wayne M. Dartez Ph. D.

Pastor

Wayne Dartez was appointed to serve as Victory Baptist Church's Pastor in 1986. Before that, he served as Associate Pastor at Calvary Baptist Church in Jennings, LA.

Wayne Dartez graduated from McNeese University with a bachelor's degree in Science. He also has a master's degree in Theology from the American Baptist Seminary and a Doctor of Theology from The American Baptist Theology Seminary.

Wayne Dartez has been happily married for 50 years to his wife, Arlene Dartez. They have four children: Amanda Walker, Joshua Dartez. Stephen Dartez and Courtlyn Dartez.
